The Leader’s Challenge in Complexity
Every story of leadership depletion starts with patterns leaders can’t see while they’re in them: operating through pressure, control, and urgency.
Over time, this creates a depletion loop you can’t see while you’re inside it.
Pressure/Control/Urgency → Personal depletion → Team dysfunction → Systemic constraints → Loop reinforces depletion → No restoration mechanism → Trapped.
WHAT IS IT COSTING YOU?
✔︎Personal/Leader: The pressure to perform never stops. Overwhelmed by complexity. Constant firefighting. “Always on” mood. Carrying the load alone for too long. Mental and emotional overload. Decision fatigue.
✔︎Relational/Team: Erosion of trust and collaboration. Increased conflicts. Suppressed non-standard problem-solving. Team disengagement. Talented people underperforme. Missed deadlines. Declining productivity and quality.
✔︎Systemic/Organizational: Same problems keep resurfacing. Frequent errors, poor judgement, costly mistakes. Cross-functional disconnection. Excessive meetings, redundant processes. Slow decisions, missed opportunities. Reduced efficiency and innovation.High turnover and low engagement.
The good news? This pattern is predictable. And predictable problems have learnable solutions. That’s what Leadership Capacity Restore does—gives you the external framework and equips you with tools to interrupt the cycle.

LEADERSHIP CAPACITY RESTORE
Leadership Capacity Restore is the first research-backed, self-directed guided reflection workbook for founders and executives to recognize where leadership capacity is depleted and support restoring it across personal, relational, and systemic levels simultaneously through a 5-phase process (Recognize, Reflect, Relief, Restore, Reclaim).
Additionally, an Observational Diary that tracks patterns and triggers across mind, body, and emotions, building awareness until recognition becomes automatic.
Built from 15+ years leading teams through growth and complexity, 700+ hours coaching founders and executives, and firsthand experience with depletion and full restoration.

WHY THIS MATTER
Most leaders experience capacity depletion, but don’t recognize it because they’re still performing. They’re showing up, engaged, delivering results. The business is working. That’s precisely why they dismiss the warning signs as “not burnout yet.”
Organizations invest $94.6 billion globally in wellness programs, yet 71% of executives still report feeling deeply stressed. They remain at risk of burnout because the system keeps pulling them back into a depletion loop.
Leadership Capacity Restore addresses all three levels simultaneously:
✔︎Leader/Personal Level: Regulate your state under pressure so you can stay clear and navigate complexity while sustaining your capacity.
✔︎Team/Relational Level: Stabilize team dynamics so you can lead difficult conversations with clarity and turn potentially destructive situations into productive ones.
✔︎Organizational/Systemic Level: Adjust decision-making, boundaries, and delegation without restructuring your entire role so you can focus on strategic priorities.
Most approaches target these levels separately. This workbook addresses all three, because depletion doesn’t stay contained to one level.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who is this for?
Founders and executives who want to work at their full leadership capacity, but something’s off. Constant firefighting. Talented people underperforming. Same problems keep resurfacing.
What will I learn?
You’ll recognize where your leadership capacity is depleted and begin restoring it across Personal, Relational, and Systemic levels. Built on the same system I created for myself and used to fully restore my own leadership capacity.
This enables you to navigate complexity with greater alignment, adaptability, and resilience — without restructuring your entire role.
Why should I listen to you?
My name is Tatevik Ghabazyan. I built this Reflection Workbook from 15+ years leading teams through growth and complexity, 700+ hours coaching founders and executives, and firsthand experience with depletion and full restoration.
How much time does this actually require?
This is a serious commitment, not a quick fix. The workbook includes a 30-question self-assessment, 64 deep reflection questions, and self-regulation practices.
Then you’ll create your 30-day integration plan through 33 questions.
Plan for 30+ minutes daily. Consistency matters more than speed.
Your integration plan adapts to your schedule.
If “I don’t have time” is your first response, that’s the pattern this workbook addresses.
Will I actually follow through, or will this sit on my shelf?
You’ll have insights starting from the first part. This isn’t passive reading — it’s structured work where you answer questions, observe your patterns, and build your own 30-day integration plan.
The process is designed to help you create your own intention and realize the real value this workbook can give. You’re more likely to follow a plan you built than one someone handed you.
The real question isn’t whether this workbook will sit on your shelf. It’s whether you’ll keep running the same patterns without it.
Why only $49 for something this comprehensive?
I want this in the hands of leaders who will use it, not just those who can afford premium pricing.
The workbook delivers complete value on its own. You’ll recognize your patterns, practice self-regulation, and build your 30-day integration plan. Many leaders will get exactly what they need and move forward.
If you later want guided support to go deeper, that option exists. But the workbook is complete as it stands.
I’ve done leadership programs before. How is this different?
Most programs give you their framework to follow. This workbook helps you discover your own patterns and addresses Personal, Relational, and Systemic levels simultaneously.
Because leadership capacity depletion starts from the personal level and spreads across the system.
Organizations invest $94.6 billion globally in wellness programs, yet 71% of Executives still report feeling deeply stressed. They are at risk of burnout because the system keeps pulling them back into a depletion loop.
You build your own 30-day integration plan based on what you find across all three levels.

Hi, my name is Tatevik Ghabazyan.
I’m the founder of LeadResóura™, an executive coaching and leadership retreat center that helps leaders shift from pressure-driven performance to alignment, adaptability, and resilience, enabling them to navigate today’s complexity.
Before founding LeadResóura™, I spent 15+ years in executive and entrepreneurial roles, building and leading multicultural teams, and steering companies through crises, achieving significant, sustained growth.
I know firsthand the cost of leading through urgency, control, and pressure, as well as what it takes to lead differently. After coaching 700+ hours with startup founders and SMB leaders, I noticed the same capacity depletion patterns across the entire system.
In my work, I follow the Resourceful Leadership approach, using actual coaching methodologies, adult development concepts, and integral practices.
This Reflection Workbook emerged as a practical response: a guided tool for leaders to recognize where their leadership capacity is depleted and begin restoring it across personal, relational, and systemic layers.
Thank you for being here!
