This is what I invite you to experience: learning to lean on a resilient, inner resourceful state instead of a fragile external one.
Uncertainty is part of life, and we need to deal with it to move out of survival mode and start living.

Creating this retreat has taken many years of my own therapeutic experience and personal journey, together with deep study and practice in psychology, psychosomatics, shadow work, trauma awareness, yoga, and meditation – an integral approach that works with the body, mind, emotions, and soul.

For you, it means being fully seen in a space where genuine contact is possible because of my full presence: caring, interested, accepting, and free from my own projections, transference, countertransference, or personal goals for you, which so often influence the process elsewhere.

This is a position of love and acceptance, and it is what everyone needs for the changes they seek to take place. These changes can unfold in the rhythm and tempo that are right for each person, or for what that person is ready for.

Your inner processes will be supported and acknowledged, because the group is small enough for me to give personal attention to each participant. I will help you identify what is happening beneath the surface, explain why certain reactions appear, and offer ways to navigate them. You will also take these practices home with you, and using them regularly will lead you to the place you are ready for and where you want to be.

MY EXPERIENCE – the shift that changed how I live and lead myself.

There was a time when constant change felt like a threat.
I tried to hold on to anything that looked steady: people, plans, routines, anything that felt “predictable”.

But the truth is, nothing outside us stays still. What I thought about stability was just an illusion.

Like many high performers, I feel drained from years of pushing without pause, relying on fragile external support to stay afloat, and realizing those anchors can vanish overnight. 
It’s not about lack of strength, but the fact that I’ve spent all my strength holding together things that were never fully within my control.

The only real ground I could rely on is within me: my boundaries, my thoughts, my reactions, my emotional state, my breath.
The turning point was realizing that I could stop fighting uncertainty and start moving with it.

Like a surfer on a huge wave, you can’t control it, but you can ride it.
You stop resisting. You meet it as it is. You let yourself be carried.

Not to escape the world, but to meet it with resilience because everything is life.
Every situation, difficulty, change, every step, and every breath is also life, whether or not we agree with it.

Our struggles often come from expectations colliding with reality, and the frustration when those expectations aren’t met.

Life as a mature person isn’t about chasing “happiness” packaged by marketers.
It’s about being resilient enough to look at one’s own life and not be crushed by it, but to accept with love what we’ve unconsciously created.

And here’s the paradox: according to the Paradoxical Theory of Change, by accepting one’s current state without judgment, we create the environment where changes become possible naturally.

And through it all, you’ll be accompanied with full presence, care, and attention in a small group where you’ll be fully seen.

You’ll leave not with a temporary calm, but with practical ways to return to yourself anywhere, anytime, as well as my gentle accompaniment, guidance, and supportive feedback at your disposal.

RETREAT EXPERIENCE

Meditation “I am”. 

A reflective practice rooted in self-inquiry, guiding awareness toward the sense of “I exist” beyond roles or achievements.
For you, it means a space to reconnect with identity outside performance.

Conscious Breathing.

Breath awareness to stabilize attention and bring presence into the body. Invites a pause into inner tension, creating space in the body when life rushes in.
Regulate inner state, recover quickly from stress spikes, and return to a grounded state under pressure.
For you, it means shifting from constant pressure into a calmer state where clarity returns.

Conscious Walking 

A mindful walking practice found in yogic and monastic traditions that brings awareness into each step.
For you, it means slowing the pace of the mind and helping to ease you out of autopilot and back into a grounded, embodied experience.

Authentic movement. 

A spontaneous practice where movement arises from inner impulses, helping release hidden tension and reconnect with the body.
For you, it means loosening the grip of control and letting the body express what the mind suppresses.

Other Contemplative practices. 

Guided reflection methods are used in monastic traditions to train attention and expand self-awareness. For you, it means pausing automatic reactions and seeing situations with a wider perspective 

Sound Healing. Tibetan Vocal Toning. 

A sustained, resonant vocal practice to balance energy, release stored emotion, and bring the body into a deep, restorative state.
For you, it means finding release through voice when words and thoughts are not enough.

Sharing Circle (Opening, Closing, Daily)

A respectful, non-hierarchical space where each person’s voice is heard without interruption or judgment, and where everyone is accepted and cared for.
This practice nurtures belonging, softens emotional isolation, and gently restores trust in shared human connection.
It’s especially powerful when high achievers feel worn out by performance and pressure.

LOCATION

This entire retreat experience unfolds on the wild yet gentle Black Sea coast- a place where forest, sky, and water come together in a seamless horizon. It’s an environment that both holds and restores, carrying a quiet power that deepens the work of inner renewal.

Our home for the retreat is the 5-star Castello Mare Hotel & Wellness Resort, located on a cliffside with sweeping panoramic views of the sea. The setting balances luxury with stillness, private corners for reflection, wide open terraces for watching the day pass, and every comfort designed to let you exhale your body, mind, emotion, and soul.

Between sessions, there is space to be: float in an infinity pool that seems to spill into the sea, watch the sun dissolve into the horizon, or step outside and breathe air so clear it feels like it rinses your mind

The retreat fee balance can either be paid by bank transfer in advance of the retreat or in cash on arrival. 

20% prepayment is required.

Balances paid by bank transfer are due 15 days before the retreat start date.
